All-Temp Systems Mechanical is looking for a skilled Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Milford, Massachusetts. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and can confidently lead residential installation projects from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for installing and commissioning a variety of heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioning systems, ductless heat pumps, boilers, hydronic heating equipment, indoor air quality products, and other comfort systems.
- Review the installation requirements for each project and complete work according to company standards and specifications.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the installation process, answer questions, explain equipment operation, and address concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each project.
- Verify that newly installed equipment is operating properly and that the job is left clean and presentable.
- Develop positive relationships with customers and help reinforce the company’s reputation for dependable service.
- Use hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment safely and appropriately.
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately and submit records on a daily basis.
- Work independently when needed while also coordinating effectively with other members of the team.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
The starting base hourly rate for this position is $30-50 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
