Boiler Brothers Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving residential and light commercial customers. We specialize in HVAC retrofits, including gas furnaces, air conditioning, boilers, ductless systems, sheet metal, and controls.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC equipment
- Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and ductless systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Design and build HVAC systems based on project requirements
- Work with controls, sheet metal, and related HVAC components
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain work performed
- Work with the team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration principles
- Hands-on experience with HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Boiler experience preferred
- Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus
- Property maintenance experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required

Pay
$30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
