The Rebuild Project Manager/Administrator plans, coordinates, and documents Texans on Mission's long-term recovery construction projects — repairing and rebuilding homes for disaster survivors at no cost to the homeowner. The role bridges field construction management and program administration: sequencing volunteer teams and contract trades on active homes, managing materials and vendors, and maintaining the project records, labor reports, and financial documentation that leadership, donors, and grant partners rely on.
This position is the operational hub among homeowners, volunteer teams, contractors, church partners, and TXM leadership. It requires sound construction judgment, disciplined recordkeeping, and the flexibility to serve in a ministry environment where disaster timelines set the schedule.
