Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed plumber to join our team, specializing in residential, commercial, and new construction and remodel plumbing projects. As well as boiler installations .The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The licensed plumber will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems to meet client needs and industry regulations.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties, commercial buildings, and construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to ensure accurate installation.
Collaborate with contractors, builders, and clients to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently using appropriate tools and techniques.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each project.
Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on-site.

Skills

Valid license as a professional plumber
Valid licence as a professional gas fitter
Proven experience in residential, commercial, and construction plumbing projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials .
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
