Every day, South Shore homeowners get an estimate from us for a new heat pump, boiler, furnace or water heater and then life gets busy. Your job is to be the one who follows up, answers their questions and helps them say yes. You'll get warm leads, a real product and base pay plus uncapped commission on every estimate you close.

3R is a veteran-owned residential HVAC and plumbing company serving 21 towns on the South Shore of Massachusetts. We install and service heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters and plumbing systems, and we're growing fast. We run on clear processes, honest pricing and a team that has each other's backs.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on open and unsold estimates by phone, text and email: answer questions, handle objections and close the sale or get the homeowner back on the schedule
- Call new leads from our ads, website and seasonal campaigns quickly and book in-home consultations for our Comfort Advisors
- Call past customers about equipment upgrades, Mass Save rebates, financing options and seasonal promotions
- Sell and renew maintenance memberships and book tune-ups
- Keep every call, note and follow-up date up to date in ServiceTitan so nothing slips through the cracks
- Work with our Comfort Advisors, dispatchers and install crews to keep customers informed from first call to install day
- Track your numbers (calls, conversations, booked appointments and sold estimates) and work toward weekly goals
What You'll Earn
- $20–$24/hour base pay, based on experience
- Commission on every sold estimate you close, with no cap
- Paid training on our products, pricing, financing and phone process
- A clear path to outside sales (Comfort Advisor) for top performers
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or a call center (home services is a plus)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day, and hearing "no" doesn't slow you down
- A clear, confident and friendly phone voice. People like talking to you.
- A follow-up machine: organized, persistent and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning a CRM and basic computer tools
- Competitive, coachable and motivated by commission
Nice to Have
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing or home improvement
- ServiceTitan experience
- Familiarity with heat pumps, Mass Save rebates or home financing offers
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, in office in Norwell
- Occasional evenings or Saturdays during peak season
