Role Overview
Our manufacturing department is seeking a dedicated Plater / Anodizer to manage our chemical metal treatment lines and verify that all output adheres to our strict quality standards.
Schedule and Compensation
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour, plus an additional $2 per hour for the shift differential.
Core Responsibilities

Follow precise work instructions, process sheets, and job cards to manage anodizing and plating lines.

Apply various metal finishes, including copper, nickel, tin, gold, and silver, to treat parts chemically.

Prepare and sanitize materials to ensure they are ready for the treatment phase.

Secure components using wires, racks, and fixtures to facilitate effective processing and minimize potential damage.

Analyze technical specifications and blueprints to identify the correct finishing requirements.

Oversee coating thickness, process variables, and plating durations to ensure consistent results.

Help maintain accurate production records and verify that finished goods meet quality benchmarks.

Operate autonomously after completing training to uphold high safety and quality performance levels.
Required Qualifications

Ideally, 1 to 2 years of background in anodizing, plating, or a related industrial manufacturing field.

Foundational knowledge of blueprint interpretation, with opportunities for further skill development.

Capacity to handle chemical substances securely while adhering to standardized operating procedures.
