JN Service HVAC & Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who is proactive, dependable, experienced in the field, and capable of troubleshooting and completing HVAC work without needing constant supervision from a master technician.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with:
- Commercial HVAC installations
- Commercial ductwork installation and modification
- Sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Mini-split and multi-zone systems
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Equipment replacement and new installations
- HVAC troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Reading jobsite conditions and determining the best way to complete an installation
- Working independently as well as with an installation team
What We Are Looking For
We need someone who takes initiative and knows how to solve problems in the field. You should be comfortable evaluating a situation, planning the work, and moving the project forward without depending on a master technician for every decision.
We are fully committed to supporting our technicians. Our office and field management team will provide the materials, coordination, information, and operational support necessary to complete the job successfully. However, we are looking for an experienced technician who can take responsibility in the field and be proactive when challenges arise.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong HVAC installation experience
- Commercial ductwork and sheet metal experience
- Experience with mini-splits and rooftop equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Reliable and responsible
- Good communication with management and other team members
- Takes pride in clean, professional installations
- Comfortable working on both commercial and residential projects
