Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician — Up to $130,000 including Paid Travel + Bonuses
Ross Company is hiring an experienced lead commercial refrigeration service technician in Haverhill, MA.
You get paid for your time, including travel. We offer weekly pay, a fully stocked company truck, 80% employer paid health and dental premiums, paid vacation/sick/holidays, a $250 on-call weekend bonus, and annual performance bonuses of 5–15%.

What You'll Work On:
- Diagnose, service, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Reach-ins and self-contained refrigeration equipment
- Ice machines
- Other commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify recommended repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigeration system problems
- Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and other technicians
- Accurately document service work performed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience (On-Call Included)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Qualified Candidate with receive a $3,000 sign on bonus upon completion of probation
- Competitive pay with earning potential up to $130,000 annually
