This is not traditional construction.
We deliver fully fabricated modular steel units from our factory, reducing on-site complexity, compressing schedules, and creating a more controlled, predictable build environment.
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep apartment project experience who can lead multiple projects and drive results at a high level.
The Opportunity
If you’ve built apartments the traditional way, you know the challenges: constant firefighting, trade stacking, and schedule delays.
This role offers a different model:
- The majority of the building is completed before it reaches the jobsite
- Schedules are tighter and more predictable
- Your role shifts from reacting to driving execution and outcomes
This is a role for a true project leader, not a task manager.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple ground up apartment projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own project performance including schedule, budget, quality, and safety
- Coordinate closely with the modular manufacturing team to ensure smooth delivery and installation
- Leverage strong subcontractor relationships to drive accountability and performance
- Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and overall project flow
- Identify risks early and push projects forward with urgency and precision
- Maintain alignment across owners, design teams, field teams, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
- 5 plus years of ground up apartment multifamily construction experience required
- Proven experience delivering projects in the 10 million to 80 million plus range
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong, established subcontractor relationships
- High proficiency in Procore
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- A leader who can push projects to completion, not just maintain progress
- Comfortable in a fast paced, high accountability environment

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
