Immediate need for qualified Industrial Journeyman Electricians in Orange, TX working 7/12's with Competitive Pay!
Must Meet the TDLR Requirements of a Journeyman Electrician and hold an active TDLR license.
Must Have Demonstrated Experience in the following Areas:

Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, technical diagrams, and blueprints

Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
-
Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, conduit, equipment, fixtures, and terminating
-
Working on underground cable
-
Testing electrical components for continuity and proper voltage readings
-
Setting up and maintaining temporary power systems
-
Installing and maintaining grounding systems for equipment and structures
-
Performing preventative and general maintenance on electrical systems
-
Following National Electrical Code and state regulations
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable standards
-
Must possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
-
Knowledge of industry safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines
-
Must maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet state regulations
Must Be Able to Meet the Following Physical Requirements - As Required:
-
Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.

Pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
- Work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
- Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Wear PPE including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
