Overview

Harborline Water Co. is a new and growing local water treatment company serving Southern Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut.

We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners.

We’re looking for a reliable installer who knows their way around residential plumbing and wants flexible, well-paid subcontract work as our customer volume grows.

This starts as contract / part-time installation work, generally as jobs come in. We’re investing heavily in marketing and building the company aggressively, and we’re looking for someone who wants to become a dependable long-term installation partner as volume increases.

What You’d Be Doing

Installing whole-home water softener / filtration systems
Installing single-tank and dual-tank treatment systems
Installing under-sink reverse-osmosis systems, including tankless units
Performing basic residential plumbing tie-ins
Connecting bypasses, drain lines, brine tanks, and related equipment
Testing, startup, and cleanup
Taking required before / after installation photos
Being professional and friendly with homeowners
Walking the homeowner through the completed installation
Typical straightforward install takes approximately 2–4 hours

What We Need

Residential plumbing experience
Water softener / filtration experience strongly preferred
Proper licensing for the work being performed
General liability insurance
Your own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to transport and move water-treatment equipment
Ability to take install jobs with approximately 48–72 hours notice when possible
Someone who shows up on time, does clean work, and doesn’t cut corners
Good with homeowners — you’re representing Harborline inside their home
Smartphone with a working camera for job documentation

What You Get

$300–$600 per completed installation, depending on system type, plumbing required, and experience
All treatment systems and equipment provided
Flexible schedule — we work around your availability where possible
No need to generate your own customers
Additional plumbing work or unusual site conditions are priced separately before work is performed
