Total Air and Heat • Full-time • Plano, Texas, United States • $55,000 - $150,000 / year • 1w ago

At Total Air & Plumbing, we’re not looking for just another HVAC technician.

We’re looking for a professional—someone who takes pride in their skill, their reputation, and producing results for the company, customer, and themselves every day.

For 68 years, we’ve built this company the right way: family-owned, values-driven, and focused on long-term growth and success. No private equity games. No churn-and-burn culture. Just real opportunity for technicians who want more than just working hours but paid for your effort.

If you’re the kind of technician who:

Takes pride in fixing things right the first time and comprehensive approach
Wants to be known as the tech customers trust and other techs respect
Is tired of being capped, overlooked, or treated like a number
Knows you have more potential than your current role allows

Then keep reading—this was written for you.

This Role Is for You If:

You have 2+ years of HVAC service experience (more is a plus)(extra pay for NATE and geothermal experience)
You care about quality, professionalism, and doing the job the right way
You want to grow your skills, income, and influence over time
You’re open to coaching and training because you want to be great, not average
You want a clear future—not a dead-end job

We’re building the next generation of technicians, senior techs, and future leaders—and we promote from within.
