Dash Drains is growing and looking for experienced, motivated service technicians. We provide the truck, equipment, jobs and consistent work. You take care of the customer, solve the problem and get rewarded for what you produce.
We offer competitive hourly pay during training before transitioning to our commission based compensation plan. Strong technicians can earn $100,000–$125,000+ per year, plus daily and weekly bonuses and additional incentives.
Technicians can also earn bonus and incentives creating the opportunity for $2,000+ in additional monthly income.
What You’ll Do
- Drain clearing and stoppages
- Main sewer line cleaning
- Camera inspections and diagnostics
- High pressure jetting
- Sewer and drain troubleshooting
- Identify repair and replacement opportunities
- Explain options and pricing to customers
- Identify sewage and water damage restoration opportunities
- Own the customer experience from start to finish
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is mechanically strong, dependable, excellent with customers and motivated to make money.
Drain, sewer or plumbing experience is preferred, but we will consider strong candidates from restoration, HVAC, construction and other residential service trades.
You should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting problems, communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions.
Sewer lining, CIPP or trenchless repair experience is a major plus. We are expanding this part of the business and there is an opportunity for the right person to help build it.

Manchester Expansion
We are actively expanding Dash Drains into Manchester and Southern New Hampshire and are especially interested in technicians from that area.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to get in early, build the market and grow into additional responsibility as the operation expands.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
