- Strong base pay plus additional performance compensation for work you generate

- Company truck

- Company gas card

- Steady, local residential service work

- Limited windshield time

- Training in estimating and customer communication for someone who wants to grow

- Opportunity to develop into a leadership role as the company expands

The Kind of Electrician We're Looking For

You should be comfortable diagnosing electrical problems, completing quality residential service work, and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners.

Just as importantly, you need to be good with people.

Logo Electrical is a service company, not a high-pressure sales shop. We listen, diagnose the problem, explain clear options, and let the customer choose.

We don't believe in pushing homeowners into unnecessary work or selling something just for the sake of making a sale. We're looking for an electrician who shares that philosophy and understands that treating customers right is how you build a long-term business.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll handle residential electrical service calls throughout our local service area, including:

- Troubleshooting and electrical repairs

- Electrical panels and service upgrades

- Breakers and circuits

- Lighting and electrical installations

- Generator and portable generator interlock work

- EV charger installations

- Whole-home surge protection

- Residential wiring and other electrical projects

This isn't just about running service calls. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more about estimating, customer communication, larger projects, and the business side of residential electrical service if that's a direction you want to grow.

Requirements

- Current Texas electrical license appropriate for the position

- Residential service electrical experience

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Professional appearance and communication

- Dependable and able to work independently

- Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners

- Commitment to safe, code-compliant, quality workmanship

- Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through

- Someone who wants to be part of a growing company rather than simply clocking in and out

More Than Another Service Tech Position

As we build Logo Electrical, we want our people to grow with us.

The right person will work directly with an owner who has more than 40 years of electrical experience and is willing to pass that knowledge along.

For someone who wants it, there is room to develop beyond a service electrician position into estimating, larger projects, increased responsibility, and eventually a leadership role as the company continues to grow.

We're not looking for someone to pressure customers into buying things they don't need. We're looking for a skilled electrician who can walk into a customer's home, figure out the problem, communicate honestly, do excellent work, and leave that customer feeling confident they called the right company.

If you're a strong service electrician who's good with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to help build something, we'd like to talk to you.
