Welder/Fabricator

Plaas Incorporated is a well-established company with over 50+ years of experience in Industrial Construction. We are looking for a Welder who will utilize blueprints to complete work timely and within required tolerances.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
- Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
- Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
- Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
- Produces work daily that is consistent and accurate
- Ensures that all customer deadlines are met
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience in welding/fabrication
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including welding diagrams and symbols
- Ability to meet deadlines despite distractions and interruptions
- Team player with great communication skills
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
