Compensation: Earn $70,000–$120,000+ Per Year
Service Professionals at our shop earn between $70,000-$120,000+ per year once fully trained and performing in the role.
- This is a performance-based service role.
- Your income will grow based on your ability to take ownership of your van, serve customers well, produce quality work, and help customers move forward with the right solutions.
- Top performers consistently reach $1,500–$1,800 per week in their first 6 months.

What You’ll Do
As a Service Professional, you will perform a mix of residential and light commercial electrical work, including:
- Residential troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Electrical repairs and upgrades
- Panel replacements and service work
- EV charger installations
- Lighting, devices, and circuit installations
- Safety inspections and customer education
- Commercial troubleshooting
- Tenant finish and small commercial projects
- Work for higher-end residential clients, restaurants, hotels, and local businesses
This is a customer-facing role. You must enjoy working with people, explaining options, building trust, and helping customers make confident decisions.

Requirements
- Colorado Journeyman or Residential Wireman License required
- Strong residential service experience required
- Commercial troubleshooting or tenant-finish experience appreciated
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care
