This is an opportunity to help grow our plumbing department, take ownership of your work, and be part of a team that supports each other. We’re a locally owned company that values quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and strong customer relationships.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable running their own service truck and managing jobs from start to finish. You should be able to diagnose the problem, explain the options, sell the work, order the parts, and complete a clean, professional installation or repair.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations.
Diagnosing leaks, water pressure problems, drainage issues, and hot water problems.
Installing and replacing tank-style, tankless, and indirect water heaters.
Repairing and replacing faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
Completing water and drain piping repairs and re-pipes.
Installing and repairing gas piping within your license and qualifications.
Performing boiler-related plumbing work, including circulators, valves, expansion tanks, and associated piping.
Installing and servicing sump pumps, sewage ejector pumps, pressure-reducing valves, and water filtration systems.
Performing drain cleaning and inspections within your experience and training.
Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying additional customer needs.
Providing clear repair and replacement options and confidently asking for the sale.
Building customer trust through honest recommendations and professional communication.
Running your jobs from diagnosis through completion, including material planning, ordering parts, and coordinating return visits.
Using ServiceTitan to prepare estimates, document findings, upload photos, complete invoices, and maintain accurate job notes.
Keeping customers and the office informed about job progress, parts availability, and changes in scope.
Maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked service truck.
Protecting customers’ homes and leaving every work area clean.
Testing completed work thoroughly to reduce callbacks and ensure quality.
Supporting teammates and helping apprentices develop their skills.
Contributing ideas that improve our service, inventory, workflow, and growing plumbing department.
Participating in training, team meetings, and an on-call rotation as scheduled.

What We’re Looking For

Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
Multiple years of residential service plumbing experience.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to complete work independently.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance, clear communication, and respect for customers’ homes.
The ability to explain plumbing problems and pricing in a way homeowners understand.
Confidence presenting options and selling appropriate repairs and replacements.
Strong organization when managing jobs, ordering materials, and following up on outstanding work.
Pride in clean workmanship, organized tools, and a well-maintained truck.
Dependability, punctuality, and accountability.
Determination, drive, and a willingness to keep learning.
A positive attitude and a willingness to help the team succeed.
A valid driver’s license and a driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle.
The ability to perform the essential duties of the position with reasonable accommodation.
