Crossroad Energy Solutions is currently seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians to support oilfield and industrial customers in the Carrizo Springs, Texas area.

The successful candidate:
- Is a Journeyman Electrician with a valid Texas Journeyman License, or a registered Apprentice Electrician working toward their license
- Has oil and gas experience
- Is local to the Carrizo Springs area, willing to relocate, or willing to shift in/out
- Can perform electrical maintenance and construction fieldwork
- Is proficient with construction tasks in oil and gas processing facilities and well sites
- Is willing to work flexible hours
- Is a self-starter and can be productive without immediate supervision
- Communicates effectively and works safely and professionally
- Has a safety-first mindset
- Has current SafeLand, H2S Clear, and First Aid certifications
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Is legally authorized to work in the United States
