What You’ll Do
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
- Present repair and system replacement options to homeowners.
- Perform service and minor repairs as needed.
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed performance and sales goals.
- Travel to pre-set, company-provided appointments throughout your assigned area.
What We’re Looking For
- Residential HVAC HOME WARRANTY service experience REQUIRED.
- Sales experience or strong ability to present options and close opportunities.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
