Electrical Apprentice Technician

All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning • Boca Raton, Florida, United States • $16 - $22 / hour • 19h ago

If you want to learn the electrical trade (and get exposure to HVAC too) on a crew that looks out for each other, you'd fit right in here.

All-Pro is a family shop.

We take care of our people, we take pride in clean work, and we help you grow.

All-Pro Electrical and Air Conditioning has served Boca Raton and nearby South Florida communities since 1995.

We do residential and commercial electrical, air conditioning, and indoor air quality work across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Boynton Beach, and surrounding Palm Beach and Broward areas.

Many of our technicians are cross-trained in both trades, so you learn more than one path.

We are a family culture shop with an owner-operator energy: high ownership, steady standards, and a team that wants you to get better every week.

Weekday schedule.

No weekends.

No on-call.

What You'll Get:

$16-$22/hr depending on experience (based on local market)
Overtime at 1.5x
Monthly performance pay incentive
Health insurance after 6 months (employee pays 50% of premium; employee-only coverage)
7 paid holidays
1 week paid vacation
Weekly mandatory paid training
Costco membership
Uniforms provided
Room to grow into a multi-skilled tech (electrical + HVAC exposure)

What You'll Be Doing:

Riding along with experienced electricians (and sometimes HVAC techs) on residential and commercial calls
Helping with installs, repairs, troubleshooting support, and job-site setup
Learning safe electrical practices, code basics, and how we treat every customer's home
Completing apprenticeship enrollment, training, and coursework as you build toward journeyman-level skills
Keeping tools and job sites clean and professional
Asking questions, taking notes, and backing up your lead tech
Attending weekly paid training

Who We're Looking For:

You are reliable, curious, and respectful.

You show up ready to learn.

You treat customers' homes the way you'd want yours treated.

Beyond that:

Must be enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) an electrical apprenticeship program
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Willingness to learn both electrical and HVAC skills
Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat
Able to work on ladders and help move materials on the job
Prior trade school, helper time, or hands-on experience is a plus (not required)

If you don't check every box but think you'd be a good fit, apply anyway.

We hire attitude and train skills.
