About Titan HVAC Supply
Titan HVAC Supply is an authorized Midea HVAC distributor based in Woburn, MA. We sell trade-only to HVAC contractors across New England: ductless mini-splits, EVOX ducted systems, VRF, cassettes and packaged window heat pumps. We're a young, fast-growing company with real momentum, and we're adding our first dedicated outside sales rep to grow our contractor base.
The Role
You'll own a territory across Greater Boston and New England, visiting contractor shops and job sites, building relationships with owners and installers, and converting them into repeat Titan accounts. This is a hunter role with a strong account management side. You'll be in the field most of the week, with Woburn as home base.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and open new HVAC contractor accounts through shop visits, job site walks, cold calls and trade events
- Grow existing accounts by understanding each contractor's install mix and keeping them stocked with the right Midea equipment
- Present Midea product lines, including cold-climate heat pumps rated to -22°F and the 12-year warranty
- Help contractors use MassSave, NEHPA and ConnectedSolutions rebates to close more jobs
- Build quotes and system matchups, and coordinate with the warehouse on orders and deliveries
- Track your pipeline and activity, and hit monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or building supply
- Working knowledge of HVAC equipment (SEER2, HSPF2, AHRI matchups, heat pumps). HVAC tech or counter sales background is a big plus
- Existing relationships with New England contractors are a strong plus
- Self-starter who is comfortable walking into a shop cold and leaving with a meeting
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Organized, responsive and able to work independently
Compensation and Perks
- $50,000 to $65,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on top of base
- Car and mileage allowance
- Direct access to ownership and a real say in how the sales team is built
