Licensed Journeyman / Electrical Foreman | Lawton, OK
$38–$55/hour

Willmar Electric is looking for Licensed Journeyman/Foreman to join our team in the Lawton, OK area. This is an opportunity to put your experience to work locally, while being part of a company that values you as a person, not just a number.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Plan and coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Lead daily huddles and safety meetings
- Maintain a safe, organized jobsite
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and other trades
What You’ll Need:
- Current Master/Journeyman electrical license
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Procore, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code
