What You Get
- $1,500–$5,000 a week. You're paid per job, so the more jobs you finish, the more you make. Paid weekly.

What You'll Do
- Install home HVAC systems: split systems, change-outs, and retrofits
- Remove and haul off old equipment
- Run line sets, set pads, and hook up electrical and drain
- Pull permits and get each job ready for inspection
- Start up and test every system, then walk the homeowner through it
- Send job photos and close-out notes the same day
What You Bring
Must have:
- TDLR ACR contractor license (Texas HVAC license)
- EPA 608 certification
- 2+ years installing residential HVAC
- Valid driver's license
- No tools needed. All tools provided
- Live within about 2 hours of Austin and able to pull permits
