Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to lead our plumbing operations across residential and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute plumbing installations accurately.
- Perform construction estimating for plumbing systems, including material takeoffs and cost assessments.
- Install, maintain, and repair domestic water systems, commercial plumbing fixtures, and heavy-duty piping using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards.
- Conduct building code analysis to identify potential issues and implement solutions that meet safety and quality standards.
- Supervise field service activities such as system troubleshooting, repairs, remodeling projects, and routine maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Manage construction plans and schematics for complex plumbing installations while coordinating with other trades like carpentry and HVAC.
- Oversee pipe threading, assembly, heavy lifting, and use of mechanical tools to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress or system issues.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Master Plumber with current certification in accordance with state or local licensing authorities.
- Extensive construction experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, and construction standards.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret construction plans accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and schematics for installation and repairs.
- Experience managing plumbing teams or supervising field service crews on construction sites.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and domestic water systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers, contractors, clients, and team members.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to piping layouts or estimating costs effectively.
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel or transporting materials when necessary.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
