Join Our Commercial Roofing Team
We are growing our Rhode Island commercial roofing team and are looking for Commercial Roofers, Journeymen, Foremen, and Apprentices to join us through Union Local 33.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Perform roof tear-offs, repairs, and new roof installations
- Install and repair flashing, insulation, waterproofing, and other commercial roofing materials
- Inspect roofing systems and identify areas requiring repair
- Properly use ladders, scaffolding, fall protection, and other safety equipment
- Always follow company and jobsite safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a commercial roofing crew
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Foremen: Lead crews, coordinate daily work, and maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
- Perform other roofing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience preferred for Roofer, Journeyman, and Foreman positions
- Experience with commercial roofing systems, waterproofing, insulation, or sheet metal is a plus
- No prior roofing experience required for Apprentice opportunities. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn the trade
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of commercial roofing
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
- Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements
