Electrical Service Technician

The Longacre Company • Full-time • Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, United States • $25 - $50 / hour • 3d ago

Why should you join us?

Competitive Pay. We offer top of the market hourly rates with bonus opportunities based on sales & revenue performance.
Work Life Balance. We reduce the on-call burden on our technicians through higher emergency fees and a heavier reliance on doing the work during business hours. Most of our technicians end their workdays by 3:30 pm.
Become an owner. We have a track record of helping technicians launch their own businesses after they leave our company by providing them great pay, teaching them how to sell, and teaching them the business side of a trades business.
Accountable teammates. We believe in high-quality work and we do not tolerate teammates that show up late constantly, avoid doing hard work, and who are disrespectful to other teammates.
