At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Trumbull/Shelton, we're building a People First company where skilled plumbers are valued for their experience, craftsmanship, and contribution to the team.

We're looking for an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to grow with a local company.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues

Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work
Explain findings and present appropriate options to customers
Identify additional plumbing and preventative needs
Provide an excellent customer experience
Complete job documentation, photos, and approvals
Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

We believe in educating customers and providing options—not high-pressure selling.

What We Offer

$35–$45/hour, based on license, experience, and capabilities
Additional performance-based earning opportunities
Full-time W-2 employment
Company vehicle and gas card
Health, dental, and vision benefits
Paid time off and paid training
Uniforms and tool account
Profit-sharing opportunity
Growth and leadership opportunities

What We're Looking For

Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred
Residential service and repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Professional customer communication
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Other relevant CT licenses, including P-6 and G-2, may be considered based on experience. Service Titan and residential service-pricing experience are a plus, but we'll train the right plumber on our systems.

Grow With Us

We're not simply looking to fill another truck. You'll work directly with ownership, have an opportunity to make an impact, and grow as our company grows.
