Kearney HVAC is an established and growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team!
We're looking for someone who knows the HVAC industry, is comfortable working in ServiceTitan, and enjoys helping customers while keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and comfortable balancing customer service with daily administrative responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their HVAC service needs.
- Schedule preventative maintenance appointments and estimates.
- Gather customer information, identify service needs, and communicate with technicians and coordinators.
- Manage customer records, appointments, and follow-up tasks in ServiceTitan.
- Assist with creating and managing customer maintenance agreements and memberships.
- Respond to customer texts, emails, and voicemails.
- Assist with general office administration and customer follow-up.
- Work closely with our service, installation, and management teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an HVAC office or service company.
- Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan.
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new processes.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
A Big Plus:
- Experience creating or managing maintenance agreements and memberships in ServiceTitan.
- Familiarity with HVAC maintenance programs, equipment, and service scheduling.
