About Us

Module is a Pittsburgh-based, vertically integrated modular housing company on a mission to make high-quality, energy-efficient homes attainable for working families. We design, manufacture, and build homes in our Last Mile factory in Carnegie, PA, combining innovative off-site construction methods with a commitment to workforce development.

We partner with affordable housing developers, community land trusts, Habitat for Humanity chapters, and other organizations to deliver quality homes in communities across the region and beyond. As we grow, we're building a skilled manufacturing team that takes pride in its work and shares our commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
