Job Summary
You’ll run rough terrain cranes on our drilled pier and shaft jobs. You’ll set cages, casing, and tooling alongside our drill operators and ground crew. Holes don’t wait, so you’ll need to stay sharp and keep the work moving. That includes daily crane inspections, current logs, safe rigging, and following our safety program on every lift.

Who We Are
AAA Drilling Foundation has been drilling piers and shafts in Texas since 2001. Our work covers commercial buildings, schools, industrial plants, municipal utilities, and TxDOT bridges. We’re a small outfit with a busy schedule, and we need a certified operator who knows what they’re doing and shows up ready.
Duties
- Operate cranes, boom trucks, overhead cranes, and other lifting equipment for foundation drilling and materials handling.
- Inspect equipment and safety equipment before use; identify concerns with crane systems, hydraulics, or rigging and report them promptly.
- Apply load handling procedures, rigging methods, and load-securing practices to prepare and move materials safely.
- Coordinate lifts with crew members and support material handling equipment operation, shipping and receiving, and site logistics as needed.
- Follow construction workplace safety regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, and site safety protocols; operate heavy equipment when assigned.
Qualifications
- Current NCCCO mobile crane certification (TSS or TLL)
- 2+ years running hydraulic RT cranes on construction sites
- Solid understanding of load charts, rigging, and hand signals
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random testing
- Reliable transportation, plus the ability to work outdoors year-round in Texas heat and cold
A plus if you have:
- Foundation drilling, piling, or bridge experience
- Time setting rebar cages and casing
- TxDOT jobsite experience
