About Us
New Com Metal Products builds custom NEMA UL listed metal enclosures right here in Randolph. We're a tight-knit shop that treats each other like family, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role
You'll run key machines in our punching department including our Tailift HP1500 CNC turret punch (Fanuc 0i-PC control) and our Strippit Super 30/30 single-station punch. You'll turn sheet metal into precise parts that become the enclosures our customers count on.
No experience? No problem. We'll train the right person. We care more about attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn than a long resume.

What You'll Do

Set up and run the Tailift HP1500 turret punch and the Strippit Super 30/30 single-station punches
Load and unload sheet metal and keep material moving through the shop
Read job travelers and basic drawings, and check parts for accuracy
Pull, load and change punch and die tooling from our tool cart, using die clearance charts to match tooling to material and gauge; handle routine machine upkeep
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Run the Boschert corner notcher as needed, and pitch in wherever the team needs a hand

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
