What You’ll Do
- Run residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance calls scheduled by dispatch
- Diagnose cooling, heating, and airflow problems accurately and efficiently
- Walk homeowners through clear repair and replacement options and earn their trust
- Recommend maintenance memberships and comfort upgrades that fit the customer’s needs
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and professional
- Document every call in our field service software
- Take part in the on-call rotation
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
- TDLR ACR Technician Registration or ACR License
- Strong diagnostic skills on split systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
- Clear communication and customer skills
- A professional appearance and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
