We are seeking skilled Structural Welders with experience in FCAW welding. All welders will be certified at the shop prior to starting. This role focuses on producing high-quality structural welds while maintaining safety and productivity.Responsibilities

Perform structural welding per AWS D1.1 weld symbols and fabrication drawings
Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity to meet project deadlines
Communicate with Foreman or QC if drawings or weld symbols are unclear
Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
Safely operate welding equipment and overhead cranes
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Assist with material handling and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

Experience reading weld symbols and fabrication drawings
Competent with rigging and moving materials using overhead cranes
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor shop environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Requirements

Must pass shop weld test and certification
Ability to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions
Reliable and team-oriented
Pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
