Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while adhering to all building codes and regulations. Duties

Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects by calculating material needs, labor costs, and project timelines.
Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct site inspections to ensure plumbing systems meet quality standards; troubleshoot issues related to pipe fitting, pipe threading, or system design.
Supervise field service activities including remodeling projects, system upgrades, or repairs in commercial or residential settings.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining safety protocols.
Utilize carpentry skills for framing or supporting plumbing fixtures; assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed on-site.
Read mechanical schematics and technical manuals to install or repair complex plumbing systems including HVAC integrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed; complete reports on project progress, incidents or safety concerns.

Qualifications

Valid license as a Master Plumber with relevant state certification required; ability to obtain additional licenses if necessary.
Extensive experience in construction plumbing within commercial or residential environments; familiarity with construction estimating preferred.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge of piping systems, pipe threading techniques, welding procedures, and HVAC integration.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and field service tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for plumbing installation and repair.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and estimations; excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks involving assembly or maintenance work is a plus.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site travel; familiarity with construction site safety protocols essential.
