What You’ll Do

Prepare and set up areas for pours (grade, form, and level as needed)
Place, finish, and detail concrete for flatwork projects
Apply finishes including broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
Cut/control joints and ensure proper edge and surface finish
Inspect completed work and correct imperfections
Safely operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment
Coordinate with the crew and project manager to keep jobs on schedule

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of concrete finishing experience (required)
Strong hand-finishing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in physical conditions (lifting, standing, kneeling)
Reliable, team-first attitude and good communication
Valid driver’s license preferred and reliable transportation required
