Residential HVAC Installer

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean workmanship, customer service, and getting the job done right the first time.

What You’ll Do

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation components
Perform change‑outs, new installs, and retrofit projects with attention to detail and code compliance
Read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and job layouts
Braze, solder, run line sets, set equipment, and complete start‑ups
Ensure proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and system performance
Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed and system operation
Maintain a clean job site and uphold safety standards
Work independently or with a helper to complete daily install schedules

What You Bring

Hands‑on experience installing residential HVAC systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces
EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
Bonus: experience with duct fabrication, gas piping, or electrical work

Compensation

$50k - $75K/ Year based on experience, dependant on bonuses.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
