Duties

Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts by providing tailored HVAC solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upselling products or services to maximize revenue.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on HVAC systems, features, and benefits.
Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to stay ahead in B2B (business-to-business) sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within a related industry such as HVAC or industrial equipment.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively.
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and deal closing in a remote or field-based sales environment.
Proficiency with CRM software (such as Service Titan) and familiarity with sales management systems is essential.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills for assessing client needs and offering optimal solutions.
Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling complementary services or products.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to prospecting and maintaining long-term client relationships.
