What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and accountable
Mechanically inclined and solution oriented
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and lifting up to 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
EPA and/or NATE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
