We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales - B2B Salesperson

This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.

Job Title: HVAC Service Agreement Sales - B2B Sales

Pay Scale: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Potential annual earnings $100K +

Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime

Position Overview:

To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities
Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable
Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients
Prospecting new business for Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales and Upgrades
Cold calling and in person meetings with potential new customers

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2 years of B2B sales experience
Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans
Strong Sales aptitude
Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to multi-task
Extremely organizedtimely in tasks, callsprojects
Time and activity management skills
Ability to climb a ladder
