We believe a great customer experience starts before a technician ever arrives at the door. We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and motivated Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our customers, technicians, and office team connected.

Position Overview

This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers while also helping coordinate our plumbing and electrical technicians throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable on the phone, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can confidently handle customer questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide friendly, helpful customer service
Schedule and coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
Coordinate daily schedules with plumbing and electrical technicians to help maintain an efficient workflow.
Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and assist with scheduling.
Maintain consistent communication with technicians throughout the workday regarding schedules, customers, and job updates.
Address customer questions and concerns professionally, working toward timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Keep customers informed regarding appointment times, scheduling changes, and service updates when necessary.
Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as needed.
Work closely with the office and field teams to provide a smooth, positive customer experience from the initial phone call through the completion of service.

Comfortable communicating with both customers and field technicians
Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling customer concerns
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, administrative, or home-service industry experience is preferred
