Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed S-1 HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and a self-starter who takes initiative to run and complete jobs efficiently without constant supervision. This role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Run jobs independently and manage tasks from start to finish
Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
Maintain accurate job documentation and time tracking
Work collaboratively with team members when needed to complete jobs efficiently
Leadership experience or ability to oversee and direct team members

Qualifications

Valid S-1 HVAC License (Connecticut)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair
Experience in residential and light commercial HVAC preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
