We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who loves the appliance trade and genuinely enjoys developing other technicians and customer service representatives. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll spend most of your time building a sharp, confident team that consistently delivers 5-star service.

What the job looks like day-to-day

Training, mentoring, overseeing and building a team of appliance customer service representatives and appliance repair technicians
Acting as the final-level technical resource when a diagnosis gets tricky
Leading the team to meet (and usually exceed) weekly and monthly revenue and customer-satisfaction goals
Managing parts department: ordering, inventory, and merchandising
Managing service department daily scheduling and vehicle maintenance
Being the calm, professional face of the company for customers and office staff alike

What you bring

At least 5 years of hands-on field experience in appliance repair or a closely related trade (HVAC/R, commercial refrigeration, commercial cooking equipment, etc.)
Broad working knowledge of today’s major appliance brands and models
Proven diagnostic and repair skills on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and cooktops
A real passion for teaching and developing customer service representative and technicians
Strong customer communication skills and pride in delivering outstanding service
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
