Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency to support manufacturing projects. Your expertise will ensure that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations, contributing to the seamless flow of our production process. Responsibilities

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding tasks.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and sheet metal equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
Measure dimensions precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction site practices.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize production workflows.

Skills

Proven experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments involving metal fabrication.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical drawings.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment effectively.
Familiarity with rigging operations, pipe threading, soldering, machining processes, and assembly procedures.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work.
Experience working with sheet metal materials
Understanding of ASME codes & standards relevant to welding and fabrication practices.
Ability to read schematics accurately while applying safety standards during all operations. Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
