The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Keyholder with experience in plumbing and/or electrical to support daily store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help customers confidently complete their projects.

This is a working leadership role—you’ll open and close the store, support the team, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales in key departments.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
Lead the sales floor and support team members throughout the shift
Assist customers with plumbing and electrical projects, offering expert advice
Recommend products, upsell solutions, and help complete the full project
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized departments
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
Support inventory management, merchandising, and store standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in plumbing, electrical, or related trades strongly preferred
Retail or customer service experience required
Leadership experience (Keyholder, Supervisor, or similar) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Schedule Requirements

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
