Skilled Tradesman – Immediate Openings

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and trade skills)

PP&C is seeking experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. We are looking for high-performing, versatile professionals with expertise across multiple skill sets ("Jack of all trades") in both commercial and residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Work across all areas of construction
Commercial and Residential Remodeling
Framing, drywall installation (hanging & finishing), and painting
Finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring installation
Concrete work (forming & finishing)
Door and window installation
Roofing (shingle & flat)
Electrical and plumbing tasks
Safe and efficient use of power and hand tools
Operation of construction equipment
Perform duties assigned by the Foreman
Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
Follow instructions, prioritize safety, and complete work on schedule

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED preferred
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must pass drug and background screening
Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
Team player with strong professionalism
Punctual and reliable—must be on time every day
Willing to travel
Customer service-oriented, quality-driven, and honest
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Additional Details:

4-8-week probationary period – Full-time employment will be offered upon successful completion based on job performance.
