Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and trade skills)
PP&C is seeking experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our team. We are looking for high-performing, versatile professionals with expertise across multiple skill sets ("Jack of all trades") in both commercial and residential projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work across all areas of construction
- Commercial and Residential Remodeling
- Framing, drywall installation (hanging & finishing), and painting
- Finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring installation
- Concrete work (forming & finishing)
- Door and window installation
- Roofing (shingle & flat)
- Electrical and plumbing tasks
- Safe and efficient use of power and hand tools
- Operation of construction equipment
- Perform duties assigned by the Foreman
- Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
- Follow instructions, prioritize safety, and complete work on schedule
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must pass drug and background screening
- Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
- Team player with strong professionalism
- Punctual and reliable—must be on time every day
- Willing to travel
- Customer service-oriented, quality-driven, and honest
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
