Maui Plumbing Inc. is hiring an experienced Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects, lead field teams, and manage high-profile client relationships. If you’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber—or currently licensed in another state and working toward Hawaii licensure—this is your opportunity to lead with integrity and purpose.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites
Supervise foremen, technicians, and craft workers
Coordinate schedules, inspections, subcontractors, and site logistics
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and code requirements
Manage project timelines, costs, and documentation
Represent the company in project meetings and client interactions
Resolve productivity and workflow challenges on-site
Support apprenticeship training and skills development

Qualifications:

Journeyman Plumber License (Hawaii or other U.S. state)Out-of-state journeymen must be actively pursuing Hawaii licensure
8+ years of supervisory experience in plumbing or mechanical trades
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
OSHA 30 certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Superintendent certification (CCER) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
