Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Journeyman Plumber in residential or light commercial plumbing service and installation. Valid plumbing license in the State of Minnesota is required.

Salary Range:
$35 - 45/hr + Performance Bonus
($71,680/yr - $92,160/yr + Performance Bonus)

Job Overview:
We're looking for a Journeyman Plumber who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll join a team led by a licensed Master Plumber and handle everything from water heater replacements to whole-home repipes and commercial fixture installations.

Your day-to-day will include running service calls, diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, leading installations, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring code-compliant, high-quality work.
