Residential Construction Project Manager.

We are looking for a Full-time Residential Construction Project Manager for our growing Custom Home Construction & Renovation Company based in Chagrin Falls, OH. We offer our employees the opportunity to be an integral part of a close-knit group with the common goal of moving the company forward.

Position Requirements:

Experience dealing with Civil, Sitework, Excavation, and Foundation
Must be willing to travel to / work in the Sandusky / Huron, OH area
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)
Ability to work with Smartphones & Apps
Preferred 5+ years’ Experience in Residential Construction
Experience/Certification with Procore, or other Construction Management & Scheduling Software (Not Required, but Strongly Encouraged)
Strong Communication Skills with Clarity

Job Responsibilities:

Project Vision & Work Plan
Schedule Development & Maintenance
Work with Superintendent to develop clarity - Identify & solve constraints
Use of Project Management Software, Specifically Procore & SmartSheets
Project Development
Change Orders, Budget Maintenance, Commitments, and Invoicing
Cater to client needs and company reputation
Attend Weekly project meetings
Enforce quality control measures
Manage subcontractors & workflow
Assist Architectural and Design Team in Design Development
Oversee multiple projects depending on size of project
