Residential Construction Project Manager.
We are looking for a Full-time Residential Construction Project Manager for our growing Custom Home Construction & Renovation Company based in Chagrin Falls, OH. We offer our employees the opportunity to be an integral part of a close-knit group with the common goal of moving the company forward.

Position Requirements:
- Experience dealing with Civil, Sitework, Excavation, and Foundation
- Must be willing to travel to / work in the Sandusky / Huron, OH area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel)
- Ability to work with Smartphones & Apps
- Preferred 5+ years’ Experience in Residential Construction
- Experience/Certification with Procore, or other Construction Management & Scheduling Software (Not Required, but Strongly Encouraged)
- Strong Communication Skills with Clarity

Job Responsibilities:
- Project Vision & Work Plan
- Schedule Development & Maintenance
- Work with Superintendent to develop clarity - Identify & solve constraints
- Use of Project Management Software, Specifically Procore & SmartSheets
- Project Development
- Change Orders, Budget Maintenance, Commitments, and Invoicing
- Cater to client needs and company reputation
- Attend Weekly project meetings
- Enforce quality control measures
- Manage subcontractors & workflow
- Assist Architectural and Design Team in Design Development
- Oversee multiple projects depending on size of project
